As a courtesy to our clients we will help to verify your physical therapy benefits on, or prior to, your first visit. However, the information obtained is not a guarantee of coverage. Most insurance plans have a co-pay, or deductible that is due at time of service. Any charges not covered by your insurance will be billed to you.
